Island Escapes Bahamas Ltd started as a micro business back in 2014 when two young sailors decided to bridge the gap between Nassau Bahamas and the Exuma cays on a daily schedule. This distance covered some 100 nautical miles one way and a little over 200 nautical miles round trip.

The feat seemed impossible initially as the only water craft we had access to was just a mere 28 feet in length. In modern day terms, it could easily be classified as a dinghy. The company built its legacy taking 8 passengers along with Captain and Mate over the deep blues of the Atlantic Ocean daily facing treacherous weather and seas until the brand was forced to be recognized on a national scale.

We currently offer the Exuma - Swimming Pigs 5 islands adventure as a private excursion only.  Since then we've transitioned into shorter daily excursions within the islands and cays surrounding Nassau.

We've shifted our focus to a more affordable, but equally memorable group experiences for our guests. We have both group tours and private charters available to suit every need.
